ADDITIONAL LEAGUE INFORMATION
  • 12 game guarantee, scheduled as the league sees fit
  • Bye weekends may occur throughout the season
  • All teams will require a minimum of 1 volunteer coach
  • Coaches are expected to provide a criminal background check prior to April 15th
  • All team registrations must be paid in full prior to the first game of the season
  • Tyke & Novice have automatic changes every 2 minutes
  • 2 referees per games for Peewee and up
  • Teams are made up of 9 skaters and 1 goalie a total of 10 players maximum (NO EXCEPTIONS).
  • A team may consist of less than 10 players.
  • A team is allowed a maximum of two alternate players in addition to the 10 roster players. APs must sign a paper waiver form at time of registration, and will then receive their helmet sticker.
  • Alternate players must be registered under your team account – the fee is $150 per player and it’s the coach’s responsibility to control roster size for each game. Jerseys for AP’s are available at an additional cost
    • *Note: Players potentially run the risk of playing zero games. (NO REFUND GIVEN IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE).
  • AP Players in playoffs: Alternate players must be registered to a team PRIOR to playoffs (including AP player fee). Alternate players are required to play a minimum of 2 games with the team to be eligible for playoffs.
  • SKILL LEVEL: Please ask for a range and then independently determine their level
    • *Note – Rep players cannot play on House League Days/Nights (NO EXCEPTIONS).
    • If found abusing this rule, league administration has the right to expel the player or team in question from the league. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.
  • Teams are responsible for full team fee, regardless of the number of players that end up on their roster.
  • Coaches meeting – Monday April 22nd from 12-8pm (Jersey pick up and team roster submission)
  • Parent Volunteer Coaches are required for our teams made up of individuals. Please contact our Program Manager if you are interested in volunteering your coaching services. All coaches must perform a Vulnerable Sector Screening to be allowed to coach.
  • Individual Registration Information : To play with a friend,  request this at the time of registration. Team information as well as the game time for the first week will be emailed to parents a week prior to the start of the season. Start times will fluctuate week to week for all divisions. Please note that we do our best to balance teams according to skill levels, and as such, we will only release the first few weeks of the schedule to start. We will then evaluate players, re-balance teams (if possible) and post a schedule for the remaining weeks of the season. Please note that changes to team entry rosters will not be made.
  • All parents/guardians of registered players are asked to hand in their player waiver and player/parent code of conducts on the first night of play to receive their 3on3 helmet sticker. These stickers are proof that players are registered in our league, referees and league staff reserve the right to remove any player from the ice surface that does not have a valid helmet sticker. A game may be forfeited if any team is found using players/goalies who are not registered in the league and coaches will be subject to further disciplinary action. Please play fair!
